Antifatigue Mats and Industrial Floor Matting Explained!

An Antifatigue mat may be referred to by various names: industrial floor matting, anti fatigue, fatigue, anti-fatigue, ergonomic matting, and various others. These names all refer to mats that are designed to relieve stress and pain that comes from standing on hard surfaced flooring.

How do they work?

These mats typically have an inner foam cell, the key to their antifatigue properties. Even when a worker appears to be motionless, their feet and legs are moving due to the inner foam cell. This constant motion keeps fresh blood (and oxygen) flowing to the muscles of the legs. Oxygenation is the key ingredient to reduced stress and pain on those muscles!

WorkStep™ is designed with holes allowing drainage. Non-slip nitrile rubber provides safety traction and fatigue relief!

Counter Tred is a rubberslotted flooring with excellent drainage. Reigns supreme in commercial or industrial wet or oily areas where fork lifts or wheeled carts are used.

Supreme Sliptech™ combines the comfort of a 3/16" rubber top surface with the 1/2" ergonomic foam inner cell. The non-slip rubber surface has a yellow border for safety.

Tru-Tread™ antifatigue mat is 7/8" thick. A great commercial kitchen or bar mat since the holes allow liquids to flow through. Rubber provides traction for safety. Available in grease-resistant black or grease-proof red.

Perma Walk rubber flooring is spike and blade resistant. A great flooring selection for sports areas. Also great for horse stalls, horse trailers or dogwalks and kennel flooring!

Invigorator™ antifatigue mat is 1/2" thick. The surface is a wide-ribbed nitrile rubber made for easy cleaning. Bonded to an inner PVC foam cell to provide fatigue relief.

Safet Tru-Tread™ is the Tru-Tread™ mat with safety alert colored borders. It's 7/8" thick, providing fatigue relief in wet, greasy or dry environments. Beveled edges prevent tripping. Holes provide drainage in wet areas. Comes with a 3 year limited warranty.

The Tuff Foot™ is 1/8" thick PVC runner. Available in wide-ribbed or corrugated versions. Tuff Foot™ provides increased traction for safety, protects floors and resists grease, oils and common chemicals.

Marble Step™ has a rubber top surface made to look like marble. K-Marble Step™ has a PVC vinyl surface made to look like marble. Each is bonded to a 3/8" closed cell PVC sponge base and warranteed for 3 years against wear and delamination. Great for areas requiring fatigue relief, while maintaining a decorative motif, such as offices, salons, and barber shops.

Performa™ is an interlocking antifatigue wet area mat. It's 5/8" thick, made of nitrile rubber. Holes provide for liquid drainage making it excellent for commercial kitchens, bars and food processing areas.

Performa SD™ is the same as the Performa™, only without the holes! (SD stands for "Solid Deck")

Diamond Runner is a 3/16" thick PVC runner. It has the industry favorite diamond pattern abrasion resistant surface. It resists grease, oils and common chemicals. Suggested uses include aisles and walkways in commercial and industrial work environments where traction is critical for safety.

Stand-n-Weld™ is a solid 1/8" nitrile rubber surface with cleats that repel sparks! The surface is bonded to a 1/2" sponge rubber foam base.

WeldMaster™ has a 1/8" nitrile rubber surface that repels sparks and is bonded to a 3/8" closed cell PVC sponge base. Available in custom sizes!

Both mats are superior for welding and grinding workstations.

Bubble Flex™provides an innovative approach to antifatigue matting. It's a solid rubber molded mat made with an "air-pocket" bubble structure that withstands compression, extending the life of the mat. Bevelled edges decrease tripping and it's grease and oil resistant.

STAT-FREE SmoothTech™

STAT-FREE™ SmoothTech™ anti static mats feature a durable smooth PVC surface NGB bonded to a 3/8" PVC sponge base. Provides anti-static and antifatigue relief simultaneously! Surface is easy to clean. Comes with a limited 3 year warranty against wear and delamination.

Can be purchased with the optional 15 ft. grounding cord and snap to tie the mat to electrical ground.
